POST FOR THE WEEK:
 Want to loose an election. Make a statement that you believe in JESUS Christ and the Bible. You will loose your support base as quickly as speed of light.
In a country where morals are relative and manners and courtesy are a thing of the past, civility is almost non-existent we are following the pattern of  all the past doomed civilizations where greed and avarice ruled the day.
State mandated standards for children for everything to lunches to birth control, gay and lesbian curriculums that blur the lines of family values and natural relationships, tv and radio that pervert and distort life and make the bazar, seem normal.
Scripture says in the last days that "perilous times shall come" the word  is derived from the root meaning to lower , let down, strike: through the idea of reducing the strength; difficult, i.e. dangerous, or ( by implication furious:--fierce, perilous.  All that said simply it means that we are going to face things that will scare us like no other times have.

We need Jesus not genderless bathrooms and kids who don't know who they are and are influenced by TV, Movies and parents who have the common sense of morons.

Hi there, back for another post. Just a thought or two, we are in the middle of the campaign season again, what a great way to diet just start watching the debates and listening to the Rep's and the Dem's  tell us what wonderful promises and things they are going to accomplish if they are elected, makes me believe in santa claus  again.
In the most reliable Book ever written in the Bible, in Jeremiah chapter 4:1-2 it kind of sums things up; Jeremiah 4:1-4/  1 If thou wilt return, O Israel, saith the LORD, return unto me: and if thou wilt put away thine abominations out of my sight, then shalt thou not remove. 2 And thou shalt swear, The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory. 3 For thus saith the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns. 4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
if you don't get it what the Lord is saying is "return to Me"
Could that work in America? Return to the God of our fore fathers? YES it can !

Question would God let the Rapture happen before the end of the World Series?

Well I just have a couple of things today, to share;
    The hello Dali Lama blessed his followers after He was released from a clinic, pray He comes    
     to know the Lord before he passes into eternity
     I would assume the pope made it home ok, pray he comes to a knowledge of the truth before
     he passes into eternity.
     Putin has begun to fly sorties in Syria could this be the prelude to Ezk 38-39, pray that the
     Russians commit their hearts to Christ before this happens
     Our Politian's have not done anything to cut off the funding to the planned  parent  hoods yet
     pray our nation repents before the Ezekiel 38-39 scenario.

      Transgenderism - God never has or never will make a mistake - we are all in the right bodies
      How weak the United States has become politically and morally from the president through
      congress.
     selling baby parts for profit - this is the sickest thing I could ever imagine, We need to punished
      Popery and all its religious heresy. perfect example of the blind leading the blind

the Divided States of America.

We have entered in to a time where the unity and oneness of the nation has been shattered.  This turmoil and chaos can be seen on almost every level of life. There is racial tension, political tension, structural class tension [rich VS poor], civil tension [anti police sentiment]. If we look to scripture we see these are signs of the coming end of human kind as we now know it.
There will be a dramatic change when Jesus takes the throne and rules.
We know there will be at least 7 more years of this insanity here on the earth [ the tribulation]  and then there will be 1,000 years of order and Godly , Jesus will rule and reign.
Is this a doom and gloom post to scare people, no its not, if anything the ruling of God will be the greatest gift that man will experience, as man will not be calling the shots but God will.

We have a verbal picture of Jesus, He gave it to John, for Him to show to us - Re 1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches. And it is the same picture seen in Daniel.
It is an awesome and great picture of God who will judge the nations it is a picture to Reverence, but we don't reverence the picture we reverence the Lord.

Hell is the official center of coexistence - there are different reason those who are there are there - but they have a common future

In a nation that fears GOD  and loves the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, there is no need for a court of men to make moral decisions about marriage.
GOD has already done that.

Hezekiah

In our studies through the Bible we are currently in 2 Kings 18- King Hezekiah. in this particular chapter we see a great chapter on building your faith. The Kingdom is surrounded by Assyrians - and is being taunted by the Rabshakeh or the Assyrian kings personal spokesman. As he mocks God and derides His character, the people of Israel are tested in their faith and trust of God. Can God protect them, can He deliver them. Will He show up on their behalf. When you are surrounded these are important questions. Well the answer is yes, they trust in the Lord and the word that God delivers through the prophet came to pass. Their attackers leave and the pagan king is killed in his own country by his own kin.
What was the key to all this;  Hezekiah did what was right in the sight of the Lord and God honored him and his stand against the enemies of the Lord.
When we trust God beyond what we can see and He, God works our problems out to His glory.

How are things going?

Ever been asked that question? Our answer is usually " Oh I am doing just fine. "

The boys are playing baseball, the girls are involved in dance class, the dog just had puppies and the cat has just had that operation so she won't be giving us any more kittens. Frank just got a new position at the firm. And I personally have just eclipsed 400 friends on my face book account, twitter is just keeping me so busy, and the club is just growing leaps and bounds.
Then there is reality:
I stay busy to avoid this terrible depression I'm going through, I think my marriage is in the tank, I really don't know about the kids, so I keep them busy in outside activities, I hate puppies and I wish the cat would quit puking on the carpet. Really my life is a mess, but we look good on the outside. I think we need to get some help from some place but that would get Frank kicked off the elder board at church and I would loose all my juice on the PTA.

 I don't want anyone to know how bad it is right now. I sure hope we cant get through this, before bowling league starts.


I lift my eyes up unto the Heavens, where does my help come from. It comes from you Lord maker of heaven, creator of the earth.

Well one week to go till we remember the Resurrection of Christ, this week would correspond to the time when Jesus was in Jerusalem, being watched by the religious judges, back then it was the Scribes , Pharisee's and Sadducee's. To me personally as we study through the Bible this week goes right along with 2 Kings 17:25-41. Foreigners have been settled into Samaria - they are not worshiping God, so He(GOD)  send lions and people / pagans  are killed, so the king of Assyria gets a Levite to come and teach them to worship God - yet they still worship their pagan gods. Coexist, compromise, Emerge, ecumenicalism. Oh Yes! But then I see God fearing churches? do their easter egg hunts, the week before easter - to compromise with the world and trying their best to draw the lost by entertaining them.
On April 6th Ask your child which day they likes the best, the candy and egg hunt day or the day Jesus rose from the dead. Happy Resurrection Day -Children of the living God.

Vs 23 "Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the LORD."'
those who ignore the plan of God and deny the scripture and fall under the lie of error and wrong doctrine will be amazed and dazed at the great things God is going to do

What is going on

There is a little saying about kids today  "Buy them books and send them to school, they sell the books and burn down the school."
I have been pondering the state of the Church in the eyes of the youth. Here are a few observations. those who are between the ages of 13-19 are becoming less and less interested in the Church and its operational guide the Bible. Whether they are bored with it all or just not interested, they appear to be drifting further to the social side rather than the applicational side of what it means to be a "born again believer".  Not all of them mind you, there are some who have aspirations of walking with the Lord and serving Him, yet there are many who see this as a nonfactor in their lives and don't really believe that the Bible has any merit for them or there future. In other words they are not really engaged to the Eschatology contained with in it. Imagine they see there is no validity in Matthew 24, Ezekiel 38,39, the book of Revelation, they are  just a deranged fiction, biased allegory at best.
How depressing, the truth of the word is being replaced with "we are the world" and "social works programs" to make this a better place to live. The ideology though sounding relevant, is nothing more than the gerbil on a exercise week, moving but getting nowhere, meanwhile all the things that compromise the Bible, God and living for Him are compromised, watered down and seen as antique and obsolete for the world today.
After these observations I have come to the conclusion, " THE END IS NEAR!"

the President / the Prime Minister

Today is an exciting day, the prime minister of Israel is addressing Congress, I am excited about this we are finally going to here what Israel's concerns are from Israelis. That will be good information. But why is the President so upset. One must look behind the scenes to his agenda of pro Islamic world view. If the mask is going to be pulled off the President then no one better to do it than Netanyahu. So be it let it be spoken, let it be revealed. And pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
Remember there are many churches who do not believe that God is not concerned about His land, nothing could be further from the truth. Israel is the apple of God's eye.

I was thinking, does the day of the week make any difference to you Monday, Wednesday Friday?
 Ro 14:5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. {fully persuaded: or, fully assured}. So your favorite day can be a blue Monday, hump day Wednesday, or Tgif. Why is your day so special?
 Ps 118:24 This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

 Let that be your reason for your favorite. The Lord is the key to your everyday, make Him the focus of your day and thank Him for it.

Go ahead and ask me.

In this information technology age, we can get a variety of answers from hundreds of places. Here is the first place a person should go to FOR answers, " the Lord" He is our greatest source of info, His Word is the next best place. I find a Nave's Topical Bible,is a very good reference place.
Well let us check out the Word - 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 KJV 34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. 35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. I was taught early on in ministry - that if you sent her to her husband then he would be responsible to give her an answer. Yes make the man find the answer. I think that is sound advise. The husband studies the wife learns - she need look no further.

I have been setting up a new computer, what a nightmare- everything that you had,
 known, remembered is now back to crafting, configuring and attempts at reconnecting are all a hit or miss shot in the dark. Computers are great for some, they are insane for others. Glad I cut my teeth on the KJV, you can handle anything after that. My son is 38 tomorrow - Happy Birthday Mike your are one of the best lawyers I know.

How crazy can things get

Wednesday 2/4/2015- just a marker so we can look back and see where we are and where we are going,.in the last couple of weeks 2 people have been beheaded, one burned alive, two hanged. All in the name of a non-existent pagan god. So different than a Savior who came and died for our sins, and constantly in His journal for us,  tells us how much He loves us. In fact He is even going to come back and take us to heaven to be with Him.
 World  you need Jesus! He cares about you and just wants you to know He is there for you.

Can you live it

Well its Monday, it was a hard weekend , healing up from the cold and flu that has smitten our house hold. So being in the cauldron of trials, and having to live what I have been teaching, trusting and having faith in the promises of God, I , we learn to endure and persevere, in the midst of the pain and suffering. Is our faith tested, yes cause it hurts to hurt, but known the less that does not make God any less God, my Source, Savior and King.
Sorry if your hurting, recovering and having to endure the pain, but God is still God and He loves us, this we can trust and believe

Genesis 18:32 Then he said, "Let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak but once more: Suppose ten should be found there?"[ ten righteous men] And He said, "I will not destroy it for the sake of ten."
Imagine if Abraham was talking about Washington DC, I think it would be hard finding ten men of honest report.
And then if there were not found ten men then the Lord would bring judgement upon the city as He did to Sodom, imagine there were not found 10 men in the whole city of an honest report. makes me cringe

I am your sheild,your exceedingly great reward

Genesis 15 Notice something here - the Lord speaking to Abraham say "I am" your great reward. If the am represents God then Abram is being told here God is your great reward. What more could you ask for or want? Well Abram Wants an heir and proof - so God leads him out side and makes him a promise, your descendants shall be as the stars in the sky. He believes the Lord and it is accounted to him for righteousness.
Then again he says how shall I know. And God a covenant with him.
How will I know, because I the Lord have said so. Now trust me.
That is our challenge for today. Now trust me.

Are you ready?

That's a crazy question, "are you ready?" For what? Why? When?
Well what is your answer? Yes, no, maybe, somewhat. Look I think we need to be ready, ready for what ever lies ahead and whatever is going to try to knock us off our feet and render us useless. Yes ready, so you need to be aware, awake, watching, looking, braced, immovable, equipped, prepared.
Ask the Lord to get you up to speed in the prepared zone, not asleep in the doze zone.
When the Lord asked "Who shall I send" You can say "I'm ready, send me".

What's up

I have been battling this blog thing again for about 2 months, tech savvy I am not, but worked it all out today and plan to do a weekly post?.
For the New Year, as we plunge forward into the New Year, have you set any goals? I for one want to be much more focused in the things of the Lord; prayer and the Word being my priorities. But this has to be done in such a way that I want it to be what the Lord has intended for me, in other words "in all my ways acknowledge Him and He will direct my path."
